On August 15, 1990, Viktor Tsoi — musician and frontman of the legendary Soviet rock band Kino — died in a car accident. He was only 28 years old. Thirty-six years have passed since then, yet his songs remain as relevant as ever, and Kino's music continues to win over new generations of fans. Every year on this day, concerts and festivals are held across the country in his memory, a reminder that Tsoi lives on as long as his songs are sung.
"Death is worth living for, and love is worth waiting for" — these lines became one of the defining mottos for generations of Russian rock fans.
We deeply value Tsoi's legacy and his immeasurable impact on people's lives. In tribute, we added a wall dedicated to Viktor Tsoi to our game, which you can see on the cover image of this post.
