New Additions:
RIG, our newest map inspired by SOCOM 2’s FROSTFIRE, is now live. This map brings intense close-quarters action and strategic challenges that enhance the tactical gameplay experience.
HOOK Map Improvements:
Significant updates have been made to the HOOK map, addressing collision issues in the arches, raising walls, and fixing invisible barriers in key areas like the hostage building. Additionally, SEAL rocks on the hill and the central tower now feature a new rooftop, adding dynamic layers to the map's strategies.
SNOWDAY Map Fixes:
The SNOWDAY map received a major overhaul with corrections to pipe crawlspaces, jump-up areas in terrorist buildings, and SEAL mountain slopes. A new slope has been added to the middle mountain, and invisible collisions at the terrorist spawn have been resolved. Doorways have also been adjusted for smoother flow during gameplay.
MALL Map Update:
Players will notice improved navigation with fixed stair collisions, ensuring smoother movement throughout the map.
Weapons & Equipment
Weapons have been rebalanced and improved:
- The HK joins the INK CORP side with enhanced sounds and a slight damage increase.
- Sniper rifles now deliver 100% damage, making them deadly precision tools.
- The AKC has been refined with increased damage and improved fire sound effects.
Enhanced Gameplay Features:
Ladder climbing speeds have been increased, and client-side issues with climbing have been resolved for more fluid gameplay. Night vision functionality has been reworked for better visibility, and scoped players can now see bombs on other players’ backs, addressing a long-standing issue.
New Systems:
To streamline transitions, client/server travel with the host after map selection has been introduced, ensuring seamless flow between rounds.
