I only have one membership tier, $1, for everything.
I'll eventually be posting a demo of my interactive fiction, Mercenary, and I post new short stories at least once a month (launched just last week and already two short stories are available).
I also make board games which I may integrate into that Patreon or make a different Patreon just for that. Currently working on a Factory Roll & Write game.
With that, I decided to make all of my steam titles completely free. I haven't made more than 100 bucks on them in years. Thanks to all of you who purchased them previously.
