updates:
-request and plan to roll back win/loss sounds #509
-Disable shotclock by default in custom rooms #537 - when going into a custom room, shotclock will switch to a disabled state. When leaving the room, it will reset to whatever it was before.
-Add version number some more easily accessible - now version text is also found in the lower right of settings (along with settings->help)
-regional and platform exclusive news. Right now there is a news story only shown to users who have selected the Brazilian flag. This was done manually, but we have pushed an update that will allow this programmatically.

improvements:
-Once everyone is updated, we'll flip a server switch which cuts down on network bandwidth used by 50% or so (excluding voice).
Along with this, the system for your vr body has been streamlined which will make it a lot easier to update how we handle adapter, masks, avatars (include overriding what your opponent looks like)

This update is needed to get everyone on the same page for the upcoming replay system.

update:
reverted point win/loss update, but added checkboxes in advanced sfx menu that allows you to flip win/loss and allows you to switch to classic. Some users have mentioned that there was another set of sounds i skipped, so i'll add that in the next patch
