-Added Lua Scripting > new event: 'selectInitialAvatar' which is created to allow a script to handle which avatar a viewer will spawn in with by using the gift command.
-Added General > Avatar Settings > Force one free avatar (this is to allow restricting all avatars in shop editing and using the new lua event to gift one during avatar creation) -Added General > Extension > Join command messages (twitch extension wont be functional until update)
