Bug fixes and detail optimizations for Commando 2 and Commando 3.

This update brings:

Commando 2:
1. Fixed an issue where enemy bombers occasionally failed to be hit.
2. fixed an issue where machine gun bullets fired from enemy armored vehicles were too high to hit the player.
3. fixed the problem that rolling stones occasionally reappear in the second level in normal and hard modes.
4. fixed the problem that the wooden fence inside the cabin in the third level will close automatically again occasionally.
5. fixed an issue in the last level where the laser ball would be skipped if the third section of the rocket was destroyed too quickly.

Commando 3:
1. fixed an issue in the second level where it would occasionally get stuck when getting on the airplane at the end of the first section.
2. fixed an issue where player would occasionally get stuck in the mechanical dog mount when it was destroyed in the second level.
3. Improved the power of the submarine mount in the fourth level.
4. Fixed a bug that enemy soldiers are generated incorrectly in hard mode.
