This is a small patch including some gamepad and Steam Deck support improvements.

* (Card/Pistol) Bullet Time: Now gives Fatigued 5 to the user.
* Improved gamepad navigation in the flowchart.
* Fixed closing some windows (ex. Metal Scrap) with key input causing run menu UI to appear.
* Fixed issues with gamepad navigation after looting item or card selections.
* Fixed issues with gamepad navigation when navigating card or items in grid UIs (ex. Archive, Deck Edit etc.)
* Applied latest localization progress. (Russian and Japanese support is available in the Testing branch)
