Finally a new release. This release includes major changes to the game.
In this release
- Introduction of Game Speed. Now you can choose the speedup factor the game runs at. This can be particularly handy when breeding the fish and allows you to the traits you want more quickly.
- Introduction of the laser. The laser allows you do to quickly kill off fish in the tank and can be bought in the shop.
- Removal of the dependency on Python. Makes the installation process and the neural network training process much more smooth.
- New neural network system. Uses the DNA to determine the brain structure which allows for truly unsupervised learning. Furthermore the player can edit parts of the brain in the lab to more quickly arrive to viable fish.
Whats next
- Arena. The arena is the competition stage where you get a chance to test your fish both against the "boss" fish and other players.
- Linux build
