This update brings Daily Challenge mode out of the beta branch and available to all! Bug fixing and tweaks will continue now the mode is out of beta, but I believe it's now ready for everyone to try.
Balance Changes
Prizes have been adjusted to allow for more competitive monthly leaderboards:
- 1st Place: Gold Trophy (20pts)
- 2nd-5th Place: Silver Trophy (10pts)
- 6th-15th Place: Bronze Trophy (5pts)
- 16th-50th Place: Ribbon (1pt)
Other Changes
- You can now switch between Friends, Local and Global views on daily and monthly leaderboards
- A new daily challenge achievement has been added
- Sand castle icons have been replaced with sun loungers and parasols
- Duck icons have been repainted
- Fixed an error in the main menu settings popup
- Fixed various date-related issues in daily challenge mode
