Skills now have cooldowns!

These changes only apply to some skills with strong effects. (Skills mainly acquired late in the game)

Enemies are also affected by skill cooldowns.

Bug Fix

Fixed a bug where enhanced version monsters did not appear.

Fixed a bug where some monsters would drop event items in advance.

Fixed an issue where the effect duration of 'Roar of Anger' and 'Berserk' skills was not applied correctly.

Fixed an issue where only normal attacks were possible while the effects of 'Berserk' and 'Peace and Love' skills were applied.
