Added ability to sell store equipment.
Added ability to turn off store or storage lights.

Fixed money text.
Fixed time not loading correctly.
Fixed checkout counter not resetting after picking it up.
Fixed an issue where clients sometimes received incorrect values on the checkout screen.
Fixed an issue where customers sometimes did not go to checkout counters.
Fixed volume slider not affecting weather sound.

Netcode improvements: Packet loss should no longer be able to cause the game to break.
