- fix for left and right mouse click (if windows settings are set for left handed)
- fix for picking up jumping barrels
- save finished level stats (highest skill map was beaten at and number of secrets found)
- added more steam achivements:
- defeat bosses
- defeat rare enemies
- beat the game on hard (warrior and up)
- find all secrets on a level
- find all 88 secrets in the game
