Hotfix for Patch 0.46.3

Fixed:
1. Cash reward for buyers.
2. Seed planting interface.
3. Blacksmith Experiment accepts old sacrifices.
4. Explicit limit of 64 items at a time for vendor buyups.
5. Option to disable the animation of picking up items in the UI tab.
