Fixes:
- Further improvements in Lightning during sunset/night hours
- Issues with construction boxes disappearing or spawning more than once fixed
- Quest sequence timer reduced from 30 seconds to 10 seconds (instances of game getting idle at the start of a quest sequence should be greatly reduced)
