A small update to address some UI issues and minor items.

The UI will now scale correctly to aspects other than 16:9
A fix for Resume and Exit buttons not functional in certain cases where the route map was open
Some description corrections on rail units
K/B mapping for camera rotation in Tutorial map fixed
Train List menu window will open/close correctly
