2 New 'Steam Powered' racing series are added for 1:8 nitro sportscars and 1:8 nitro buggies. Both series have on-going rankings with 12 out of 18 of your best results counting for the ranking. The results will also count for the Steam points ranking on the Steam platform! For both these new Steam Series additional DLC track packs are required.

For 1:8 nitro sportscars: STEAM international Nitro On-road tracks Deluxe
Tracks contained in this DLC:
- Amstetten, Austria
- Keitune, Japan
- Lloret de Mar, Spain
- Luxembourg, Luxembourg
- Tokyo SPL 2, Japan

For 1:8 nitro buggies: STEAM international Off-road tracks Deluxe 1
Tracks contained in the DLC:
- Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Montpellier, France
- Naxos, Italy
- NEO-8, England
- Pattaya 1, Thailand

The new Steam Powered series start on Monday April 1st. Qualifying period is 10 days, and the Main final period is 4 days, giving you plenty of time to get your results in among all the other VRC series and events.

This must have been one of the closest contested finals event in VRC history. It was Ely Rojas who led most of the 10 minute final but he was challenged by Dugan, Yeung and Berman who were always within striking distance, most of the final within a second.
