Check out Rock Paper Shotgun's amazing review of the Whispers in the Moss demo

Hello everybody! I've been working hard to get all the store pages up and running, as the game's release is closing in. The demo version of Whispers in the Moss will hopefully hit Steam as soon as possible. The demo includes the beginning of the story and the first few areas and boss fights. You'll also be able to transfer the save file from the demo version into the full game by copying the file in the full game's directory.

The main news today is Rock Paper Shotgun's amazing review of the Whispers in the Moss demo. Nic Reuben at RPS gave the demo a try, and the review that came out of it is both hilarious and also very positive.

"Throughout this, the runaway synth bass does a great job convincing me that, yes, I am truly burning a giant monkey to death. I’d like to play more! The lovely thing about this kind of homage to a bygone era is that Whispers In The Moss retains a tantalising sense of inscrutability. That’s despite it being, as I’ve said, pretty easy to wrap your head around. Still, even if there’s not more than meets the eye here, it’s still a very perky and worthwhile bit of JRPG."

You can find the full review at Rock Paper Shotgun's website

As I've mentioned before, I don't have too much resources for marketing, so if you like what you're seeing, please spread the word about the game. Thank you! :-)

Best regards,
T / Uncultured Games
