Update Notes - June 1st

• Includes an important fix for a bug while zooming with the mouse scroll wheel
• Turrets and the Railside Outpost can be scrapped for some resources, the amount returned depends on structure health and type.
• Camera Rotation controls will now Orbit the followed structure or unit, or the terrain at screen center.
• Center mouse button will also allow both orbit rotate and camera tilt.
• When browsing rail units in inventory for deploying, a tool tip will pop up to give descriptions/stats.
• A switch to use a cab view camera was added to Locomotive units.
