Major Update: Offspring Released!

Dear Players of "The Lost Village",

Greetings to everyone!

We are delighted to share our update with you, our next major update has been updated, and is released to the full version on Today.

This update is the long-awaited: Offspring System.

In line with our principle of rewarding players and enriching the gaming experience, this update will be directly integrated into the main game, and the Offspring System will no longer be released as a DLC but will be updated for free into the main game. Once the update is available, you can experience it by updating your game.

Here's the Offspring System:

I. Obtaining Offspring

1. Build an Academy

• Find "Academy" in the research technology tree and unlock it. After building the Academy, the offspring feature will be enabled.

2. Pregnancy

• After dual cultivating with partner, there is a high chance for the female to become pregnant.
• Disciples may develop feelings for each other, with a certain chance for the female to become pregnant.
• Once pregnant, the female will inform the sect leader through a message.
• During pregnancy, the female cannot participate in work or battles.

II. Offspring Training

1. Innate Talent

• Talent Rating (represents the potential range of attainable cultivation quality): From UR to Normal
• An offspring's initial talent rating is mainly determined by their parents' cultivation quality, with a minor influence from their initial potential.

2. Potential

• Potential Rating (represents the current level of potential): Excellent > Above Average > Average > Below Average > Poor
• Offspring will initially possess some potential, but most will be rated as Poor.
• Potential will influence the life choices available to the offspring, which will shape their growth direction.
• Potential will be directly inherited after the offspring reaches adulthood.

3. Personality Cultivation

• Personalities are divided into three main categories: Valiant, Agile, and Steady, each containing several different personality types.
• An offspring's initial personality is randomly generated and will be reflected in their overall evaluation description.
• The three personality types are mutually exclusive; as one type is cultivated and becomes more prominent, the other two types will be suppressed.

4. Trait Cultivation

• You can assign a master to the offspring, and upon being accepted as a disciple of the sect after reaching adulthood, they will randomly inherit one trait from their master.
• You can cultivate up to 4 trait specializations simultaneously, but they can only be obtained after their respective progress bars are at least partially filled.
• Studying different types of trait cultivation manuals will increase the corresponding trait specialization that is currently being cultivated.

III. Family Tree

• The offspring interface will display the parents, siblings, and other relatives directly related to the character.
• The disciple log will show the character's ancestors, parents, spouse, siblings, and children.
• If a family member's portrait is grayed out in the family tree, it indicates that they have passed away.

IV. Taoist Body

• Initially, three Red Taoist Body will be available, representing the highest-level realms. In subsequent updates, we will gradually introduce new red super traits, techniques, and realms.
• Currently, Red Taoist Body realms can only be obtained through offspring.
