hello fellas, this week was very hard for me but I made 4 small updates.
i wanna tell you something what I fixed/added or changed.

- volume bar in menu
- restart game clear value in train station ;
- fixed bug - restart game causes first task invalid
- new background in game (fixed wide-screen problems)
- edited "reach the sky" screen (fixed wide-screen problems)
- added/fixed 2 names in building menu - (market, sports field)
- added building progress bar;
- changed icon (blocks)
- added icon in soviet menu and descriptions why they are angry and how
- terror works
