Spellspire is l-i-v-e! The game's been received really nicely, especially streamers and viewers have been much delighted. The game indeed features Twitch integration, which allows viewers to directly suggest words for the streamer.
We've pushed a slight update based on last night's Polygon stream, namely added the word "hentai" to the game's dictionary just for Pat and Allegra :)
