Why do designers not sleep?

Hello, friends.

Thank you very much for leaving your commentaries and ideas on how to make the game better!

We agree with you that it is fun to play now, but we wish the game's gameplay to become deeper, meaning it will be not only about "crash it all down". By speaking to our players, we've generated a few ideas on how to make the game more diverse and interesting.

The first idea is to add strategic element.

For now, it looks like so: people are moving to cities captured by the player. The player appoints governors for each city. Depending on the decisions made by the governors, the cities bring in resources and grant you access to new weapons (for example, tornado-gun can not be obtained without any efforts, it must be developed in one of the cities first).
To make city life less measured and boring, we are going to add new events, such as monsters attack or meteor rain, which can affect the city like and demand player's attention. Your little governors can make decisions on their own, even wrong ones - for example, give the city back to robots.

The second idea is to give you an ability to build your own personal city.

But we are still rather skeptical about this idea, since you will undoubtedly want to attack the cities of other players, and this will turn the construction of a metropolis of your dreams into designing boring inaccessible boxes-fortresses.
That's why if we stick to this idea placement of every building will dictate player's access to weapons and its strength/range. For example, if you want the Tornado - build skyscrapers or something like that.

We also have some nice ideas on developing the robocitizens' behavior systems

For example, you will gather a retinue of little robots with time, which will be able to penetrate some buildings' protective shield and destroy those from the inside, swim to a remote lighthouse, shoot down aircraft (friendly SuperRobot 3000)

And while our game designers are racking their brains, the hands of our programmers are actively working on improving the current functionality.

Nikita made it possible for a tornado to spin rotocitizens and cars right round and carry them all away. Yes, they (and cars, and fragments of the houses) will now be sucked into the heart of the hurricane.
Anton is busy with leaderboards configuration. If everything goes according to plan, you will be soon able to see how effectively do your friends destroy cities.

We are glad to hear all of your ideas and wishes out in commentaries!ːsteamhappyː
