Release of beta version v1.07-beta01

We have released a beta version v1.07-beta01.
You can try out new features and quick bug fixes by switching to the beta branch.

Update Log: Version 1.07-beta01

• Quick fix for ‘Shader Compile Error’ and other launching errors. (not thoroughly tested). Changed d3dcompiler_47.dll version: Windows SDK 10 -> 8.1.
• Add feature: More detailed GPU error info in 'krkr.console.log'.
• Add feature: MOD-font size settings. These lines were added in MOD file 'ui_text.json'.
