Bug fix for launching errors observed on some computers.

Update Log

■ Version 1.03-quickfix02

Fixed issue where the game works on D3D11 ANGLE but won't work on ES3.0.
Fix for Live 2D rendering issues observed on some old Intel HD Graphics (e.g. Intel Core i5 470UM).

■ Version 1.03-quickfix01

Quick fix for launching errors mostly related to graphics initialization.
Base program 'Kirikiri Z dev_multi_platform' is updated to version 2.0.0.0.
