Tournament Mode progress is now saved if the player quits from the Tournament match-up chart screen.
Added Volume setting to Main Menu options.
Also added the options/settings to the in-game pause menu.
You can now press SPACE to take a shot and, if you've already started setting the throw accuracy, ESC to cancel a shot.
Fixed a crash bug if the player reaches the final of a Tournament if the Bedroom is being used as the venue.
Various other minor fixes, typos corrected, and gameplay tweaks.
