V5.20.4 Fix Base64 Decode Crash
Fixed an issue where the app crashed when decoding an invalid Base64 string. A prompt is now displayed instead.

Toolbox upgrade: 1. Changed to vertical layout for easier content display; 2. Support simultaneous multilingual switching with independent text per line; 3. MD5 now supports uppercase/lowercase switching; Fixed an issue where some controls could not switch language again after switching from Chinese to another language.
