Fixes:
- Made the adding of inventory items more consistent to reduce the scrolling from start to end.
- Fixed and issue in Amber's bedroom arrows not being turned off when stripper pole is shown.
- Added a response after using Metal on Grill so the player knows that something happened.
- Remove the yellow fuse from the player's inventory after giving it to the mechanic
