New "Forge" room

Quality of life:

The shops now have a beautiful stall behind the seller

Balance:

The Cyborg is now a bit stronger a have a bit more range
The Chaos Cultist now also rerolls its potions, making him a bit less powerful
Strong Constitution now applies to all items, even the ones taken before
The knight boss now displays a bigger warning before attacking with its flail

Bugfixes:

Potions had an excessive drop rate in hard/extreme difficulties
Enemies with virus can now attack enemies's squirrels
Fix some crashes
