Cine Tracer 2 (0.3.0) introduces the first "Set Building System" to the game. To use the new system, you need to be in the new "Building Map." In that map you can place set wall (flats) and paint the floor and the walls.
There is also a new delete tool that will allow you to remove any user placed objects.

The older version of Cine Tracer 2 are available as "Beta Branches" if you would like to lock into a version for existing projects.
