Greetings everyone,
Not so long since we released the first patch, we've already prepared the second update that addresses several issues and bugs that we've managed to fix based on your feedback!
Without further ado, here is the list of everything that this update includes:
- FIXED: Inmates stuck at the end of the day
- FIXED: Execution cutscene incongruences
- FIXED: Crash related to Secret Room
- FIXED: Pause Menu stuck in Settings
- IMPROVED: Changed/improved Interactable positions in some rooms (Lab / Drip Room) to allow for faster gameplay
- IMPROVED: We switched to a new rendering system for enhanced graphics/lighting. This system requires DX12 compatible cards though. The game was tested on a nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 (with steady 60fps) and nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 (around 20-22fps). In order to test this new system you need to switch to the Beta Branch on Steam (read the instructions below)
How do I opt-in in the Beta Branch?
A - Right-click on the The Kindeman Remedy in your Steam client's Library tab
B - Select the Betas option on the left (1), then type TheKindemanRemedyBeta into the text field (2) and click on the Check Code button (3)
C - Click on the Opt into: beta - Experimental features button
