We are hard at work implementing all your suggestions for improvements and fixing bugs.
In the first update, we focused on fixing the Pink spider bug, where the web sometimes killed you even if it should not have.
Along with this major bug fix we are bringing many quality-of-life improvements. Here are the highlights:
Menu
- simpler menu
- UI buttons triggered by space as well
- TAB and SHIFT TAB work in leaderboard creation
- added reset tutorials button in leaderboard select screen
- Discord link button
- back to global leaderboard button
- mute of the game remembered
Game
- allowed restart by pressing R
- we tried to fix the purple spider bug, where you were killed by its web (report if not fixed)
- a bit slower parallax
- disabled manually tilting the car
- the car is not super slow at the beginning
- better ghost struggle curve
- more explicit ghost struggle tutorial text
- faster leaderboard show
- score rounding now works
- you can now jump over obstacles
- name moved to first place in leaderboards
