Greetings players!

We have made minor changes, namely:
1. Added German language. Thanks to the user with the nickname letsi (https://github.com/letsi) for the translation.
2. Updated the French translation.
3. Disabled plugin https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/significance-optimizer-game-thread-cpu-optimization, which was supposed to optimize CPU load, but in the end does not optimize anything and could cause "Fatal Error" error for some players.
4. Other minor fixes and improvements.

Regarding translations:

Thanks to everyone who translated and is translating the game into other languages!.

By the way, we've updated the translation files available on Github https://github.com/vitagame/RussianVillageSimulator.
