Some more quality of life updates : move buildings with a simple drag, show tooltips of items with their full recipe (and where they are produced), and use the control key to fast build or erease a larger area.

Improvements:
- drag buildings to move them
- better tooltips for items with full recipes, and visible more often.
- CTRL to build & delete 7 hex at the same time
- new achievement: finish the game in 100 years
- added invalid build cursor (accesibility) and improve some other cursors
Balance:
- smaller dams
Bugs fix:
- hide recipes when one of the ingredients is not yet unlocked
- fix spacebar bug (closing some windows)
- camera teleport : fixed dark frame
- Prevent minimap camera move if the mouse press was started outside of the minimap
Minor:
- more tooltips
- retake on train model
- city expansion improved: do not build low tech building on a removed skyscraper hexagon.
- levels screen now pauses game
- on select a depot with no item, open item popup
- console UI improvement
- Show delete hex highlight even on empty hexagons
