Hello Players! 👋
The recent weeks were wild ones. We’d like to thank all of you who took part in the Playtests and the Steam Next Fest and even more, thank the people who gave us their feedback. 💝 This month’s devlog is possible thanks to you.
With that being said some of you might have wondered what is the actual topic of the devlog. It’s the new horse jumping system… Improvement based on the feedback we’ve received throughout these events! 🔥
If there was one aspect of the game continuously pointed out by the players, it was the horse jumps. From now on during the competitions, on the premises of your stud farm or while breaching the terrain obstacles a new, special UI will appear.
This UI will display when is the best moment to start the jump, the closer to the middle of the bar you press it, the better the jump will be. If you don’t manage to hit the area responsible for jumping, the horse will stop before the obstacle.
If you enjoyed the previous system- don’t worry! 👍 If there are no obstacles in the vicinity, the horse can jump the way it did before.
