1.0.2.0 - Printing UI improvements

This update is to make printer management easier

New place to change print settings for comic

Also signing new printers should be easier as you can easily see what options are cheaper

Reviewers have also been changed. It is not huge change but previously all reviewers had their own tastes separate from readers tastes. This was realistic but not very good for game play. Now their tastes are more inline with reader tastes. Scores should reflect more how well the comic will sell and the comments should be more helpful

• Comics print settings can now be change from comic info window
• UI improvements to selecting new print company, including easy way to see if some options cheaper or more expensive
• Various small UI changes
• Changed how reviewers work
• Added shadow quality setting

Fixes

• Wrong print settings were sometimes loaded when loading a game
• Logo randomize was not randomizing all colors
• Fixed tutorial
• Correct money amount is now shown when starting new game
• Moving sound level to zero now mutes that sound correctly
• Comic creation window UI sound levels were set wrong
