There is only a week left before the game releases, but we are not sitting idly by and continue to enrich the game with new features.
1. Increased the number of bonuses for shootouts with ghosts in the cathedral. To the existing bonus that enhances the player's health, we added two new bonuses:
• Shield for the second hand, deflect enemy attacks while aiming at the opponent with the other hand.
• Temporary weapon swap to two of the most powerful handguns. Sometimes, when hordes of enemies are attacking and are about to overcome you, a bonus that allows you to get the two most powerful handguns for a few tens of seconds will come in very handy!
We remind you that to activate a bonus, you need to shoot at it, and to get a different weapon, you need to "grab it with your hand".
2. Added three difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard. Hard is the old norm))). On easy difficulty levels, the damage is reduced and the health bonus is increased. To balance players in the leaderboard, the rewards earned for completing the game on easy difficulty levels are proportionally reduced. We hope we managed to find a delicate balance between the game's difficulty and the reward for success in it.
3. Added FPS limit settings to the menu: 72, 90, 120, 240 frames per second. The video card will stop calculating 1300 frames per second and will rest if its power allows. Global warming is no joke, we are playing games, not mining bitcoin.
4. On the first launch of the game or by selecting an item in the loading menu, you can get to the level familiarizing you with the game mechanics, here you will be told how to control the player and will be introduced to basic mechanics, i.e. in-game interactions, like how to jump on platforms, how to get a bonus, etc.
5. Fixed minor translation errors, adjusted the balance, etc.
