Changed descriptions of certain achievements to more correct ones

Fixes:

Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when you hit a ball in slo-mo with Ball Fracture perk purchased
Fixed a bug that caused fractured balls to sometimes respawn in the middle and go through walls
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused ball launcher shoot a small size ball when player has a Ball Fracture perk
Fixed a bug that allowed players to not lose progress on death after certain manipulations on True mode.
