Fixed bug with elevator horizontal beam not showing up
Potentially fixed bug in EnvironmentManager where _markfordeleted was deleting things it shouldn’t.
Changed CanFluidFlowTo back to what it was before.. This newer version is unreliable.
Spacebar advances tutorial text
Added Turbo button to terminals to enable the text to go faster
Added button click noises
