FieldSENSE™ is now in the PC version of Madden NFL 24, including all the new improvements. FieldSENSE now gives players more control when catching, blocking, throwing, and tackling with fresh animations added to Skill-Based Passing 2.0 and Hit Everything 2.0.
Skill-Based Passing 2.0 overhauls the catching system, so that receiving feels smoother and more realistic; you can hit a receiver in stride and he can continue his momentum and speed. New Jump, Dive, and no-look pass animations have been added for improvisational quarterbacks.
Hit Everything 2.0 introduces new contested catch tackle types that make defensive moves more realistic.
All-new SAPIEN Technology rebuilds character models to be anatomically correct and transforms the way players look and move. The new SAPIEN Skeleton is based on modern NFL superstars, improving the fluidity of their movement and simulating realistic athletic performance.
AI Enhancements are also applied all over the field: offense, defense, and blocking AI will make you more confident in every AI teammate so you can focus on making big plays.
FieldSENSE™ animation branching tech enables dynamic chip-blocking and movement in-and-out of double teams on the fly, anywhere on the field with all-new blocking AI. The Frostbite™ Navigation Grid makes AI Ball Carriers more aware of everything on the field, so they make clear and obvious decisions based on what's happening. AI QBs are also more advanced to have similar playstyles to their real-life counterparts, based on their specific style of play.
