The final release date for Summum Aeterna is getting closer! September 14 is almost here, and besides new playable content, the game will also include performance improvements, bug fixes, and a completely compatible version for the Steam portable console.

Our previous title Aeterna Noctis got the Steam Deck verification just two months after its launch day, so it is a matter of time before Steam finally reviews Summum Aeterna and grats us with the official verification.

For those who enjoy playing on Steam Deck, keep in mind that the game is playable in its current state:

  • In-game interface texts are legible on the console, allowing users to navigate through menus and skill trees just like on a monitor screen. You won't miss a detail about the game mechanics!
  • Summum Aeterna runs smoothly on the Steam Deck, the game adapts its graphics to the portable console. The artistic value and the beauty of the environments and characters do not affect the game experience.
  • The gameplay itself is perfectly suited to the features of the portable console. The game integrates all functionality available on the controller configuration.

Very soon Summum Aeterna will receive official verification by Steam to clear up any doubts regarding its compatibility with Steam Deck. Meanwhile, those of you who own the portable console will be able to play our Roguelite without issues and enjoy its incredible performance.

See you all on September 14!
