Good news everyone! Consumable cooldown is fixed with straight hands.
Everything has a different cooldown now. Ka-50 is prepairing for 3 minutes, and the Medikits are 10 seconds for instance. + There is an indication of using the Medikits and Repair now. It's green effect. You won't miss it. Good hunt!
