I just want to solve the problem when one of our users tried to make short story movie using DSS.

The only time Lip Sync can be enabled or disabled is through Camera......But the effect that I want to do is two people talking. So if Character A is lipsyncing in Camera A, I want Character B to NOT Lipsync in Camera A
