New buildable truck, new suspension, other things

Hey Everyone,
This update adds a new truck which you will first need to find, and then some additional work will need to be done to get it moving.

Adjustable suspension was also added. Suspension now has tensioning rings. You can adjust it with the wrench. It will change the height and damping. Please do not use this update to make squatted trucks.

Update Notes:
-Added another buildable truck. You can find it abandoned out in the forest.
-V8 block has a new starting location. It can be found bolted to the abandoned truck's frame.
-Added tensioners to suspension springs for manual adjustment. These can be adjusted with the wrench.
-Added loading progress bars.
-Added differential covers to auto parts store.
-Increased winch cable length by 60%.
-Fixed winch controls not responding properly when customized.
-Fixed an issue with bolt models being slightly off-center.
-Fixed an audio issue where problems with the 4 cylinder engine could still be heard while using the v8.
-Optimized vehicle headlights.
-Simplified the cell phone tow truck menu to have separate vehicle and destination menus to reduce clutter.
-Fixed a physics issue when trying to ride the dirtbike while its locked to the truck's bed.
-Fixed some visual issues with the Diamondback's passenger door.
-Fixed an issue with the hose not washing off mud.
-Various unimportant bug fixes.
