We’ve been working hard to bring you an enjoyable experience straight from the start of Early Access. Let’s go through some of the core features you’ll be digging into.
The game will have 3 unique worlds at launch. Fight you way through the Mines of Sorrow, The Royal Library, and the Subterranean Forest. We also have a hub called the Sinner’s Rest Abbey, where you can pick up quests, talk to NPCs, upgrade your character, and get better gear from the local vendors you’ve rescued from the dungeon.
There's a wide variety of deadly enemies and traps that await you in the dungeon, as well as a total of 20 unique enemies, elite enemies, and of course deadly bosses. Sometimes enemies will submit when being defeated, giving you the opportunity to have your way with them!
There are 50 different weapons, rings, and amulets in the game so far, which are randomized on drop to provide an endless supply of different quality loot. With a lot of different spells at your disposal and a robust skill tree, you can build a character to fit your preferred playstyle! Would you want to be a sword wielding warrior, or a spell slinging mage? Why not get the best of both worlds? The choice is yours!
And let’s not forget about the lewd content. There are over 25 fully animated lewd encounters you can experience while you make your way deeper into the dungeon. The side quests also reward you with even more lewd scenes in Misty’s Sex Dungeon which can be accessed from the main hub area.
We have plans to improve all aspects of what we have so far, but we find it very important in today's EA climate to come out the gate with a sizeable amount of content for you to enjoy. Expect improvements and much more content moving forward.
Content Update 1: The Frozen Corridor
We are already hard at work on the first major content update. We hope to have it available 1-2 months after launch.
The new update will take you to the Frozen Corridor where you will face new, fierce enemies, slippery floors, and slippery lewd scenes. We will be adding a whole new world to the game, new enemies, new boss, new items, more lewd scenes, more of everything.
And we hope to hear your feedback from the first release to make the game even better.

We will soon be releasing Scarlet Maiden in in EA for very very soon.
We grabbed these devs a few months after they released their steam page and decided to give this project they were working on some support. We enjoy helping developers achieve the maximum potential for their products as it ensures that you guys get the best experience possible.
Our in-house art team as already assisted in spicing up some of the game assets, such as some of the high-definition sprites. You can see examples of what we have done so far below:

We are even helping in the HD animation department!
CB is excited to work with Otterside on this and future titles and show this and other devs coming from the sfw gaming environment that the adult market is a nice and cozy place to be at.
The better this game does in EA the more faith he dev will have to push in even more content than what was originally planned.
