Tailypo: The Game was released a few years back, and unfortunately, it has some bugs. Namely, performance issues. This is my first game, and I made it mostly by myself, so I couldn't commit the time and resources to hash out these issues. I have two children, a normal job, and at the time, some health issues. Additionally, I've become a single father since releasing the game, so my time is limited.
I put my heart into this game and learned a lot along the way, so it means a lot to me regardless of the perception of unfinished bugs and other issues. I hope you can see where and why I put my time and attention into this.
As a result, I'm now (March 2023) making the game free-to-play, so anyone who wants to play it can do so. I recommend high-end graphics cards to handle the winter scenes as they were originally built (and I will adjust the system requirements, so players know what is needed).
Fortunately, the performance issues should be mostly resolved with the latest graphics cards and systems.
If you play the game for free, and especially if you do so with a top-end graphics card, and you enjoy yourself, please leave a positive review. If enough people do so, I may be encouraged enough to spend a few days knocking out the final bugs :)
