V1.0.6 - Fixed unclickable levels, missing achievement and music

For some strange reason, the patch that fixed the window from jumping down causes you to not be able to click on levels on the menu.
I have reverted the patch in order to figure out why this is happening. Thank you for your patience - sorry for any inconvenience caused!
