We have a treat for you today. Here’s an art piece with Jolene’s early look as she’s plunging into the magical world of theater. For comparison, you can see the final piece next to it.
We wanted to find a dynamic, aggressive pose to show that Joe’s ready for a fight with the forces of evil who have taken the theater over. The surroundings are composed of theater scenography and the biomes Jo will traverse during her play.
The key art shows the combination of two worlds—the real one and a magical theater fantasy. You can clearly see the walkman in it, an item Jo always takes with her for a battle. The masks are a metaphor for the magic power she will gain.
