Hello again!
We have been hard at work preparing a new patch for you. Patch 1.0.0.9 is coming soon. Bugs are getting squashed and quality of life features are being added, including cloud saves!
As a precaution and for testing, the patch will be released as an opt-in beta sometime in late August. When we are confident that the patch is what was intended, it will go live to all of Steam.
We will also be preserving the previous patch as it has lasted a while, and many may want to preserve former ‘features’. Through the same process as Steam opt-in betas, you will be allowed to down-patch to 1.0.0.8. Specific core patches in the future may also be preserved this way. Any old patches will be as they were, so they will lack any new features and fixes.
