A small update to fix missing characters for some new languages.

Changes

Fixed issue with missing glyphs for Icelandic and other new languages.
Fixed issue with Pirate Ship having white sails.
Added support for testing language packs before uploading to Steam Workshop.

To test a language pack locally, copy your CSV file into the following directory:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Dry Cactus\Poly Bridge 2\LanguageTest
