Hey everyone!

It’s been two weeks since B.I.O.T.A.’s launch, so we thought it was a good time to check-in and let you all know what’s been happening behind the scenes!

First of all, thank you for playing our game and engaging with us via forums, Steam reviews, or Discord. At the time of writing this, B.I.O.T.A. has 87% of positive reviews, which makes us very happy and grateful! Your reviews and feedback help us get in front of more players and keep us going, so we encourage everyone to share their thoughts!

It’s also been great to read numerous reviews done by the media outlets! The same goes for Twitch streamers and YouTubers. We love seeing you play B.I.O.T.A.! We’ve been watching you swap those color palettes, try out different heroes, and even complete the game in one sitting 👀

We’re really proud to share some of the quotes we read about the game:

We’re happy to see your activity on the forums and social media as we build our small community around the game. Ivan, the one-man-army known as small_bros, has been in his element interacting with the players, helping them with their issues, and gathering feedback for the game updates. Let him know what you think, or share your observations, and there is a big chance he’ll reach back!

While we’re on the topic of game updates, last Friday we released a patch with saving changes, bug fixes, and quality of life updates. Now it’s easier to pinpoint the reason why you cannot save in specific rooms, so you can adapt accordingly to the situation.

To bring you even more fun and retro nostalgia, last week we also released the Project Warlock x B.I.O.T.A. bundle, so you can grab both games with a 10% discount. Additionally, if you own Project Warlock, B.I.O.T.A. will be 10% off!

As for what’s next…

We’re already working on future patches and updates to continue addressing your feedback and improving B.I.O.T.A. even further. Some of you mentioned that you can’t find a suitable color palette. Well, let us know what 4-color palette you’d like to see, and there’s a chance that it will be added to the game!

Similarly, if you’d like to see another preset for controls, let us know, and maybe we’ll be able to cook something up!

That would be it for today! As we said, it's great to see a community building around our game, so don't forget to join our Discord!
